INMATE WELFARE

  1. 1. Inmates are provided with:
  2.   a. accommodation, food, water, uniform.
  3.    b. Medical care (health post at each correctional facility and transfer to outside hospitals when and where need arises).
  4.   c. All inmates are fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
  5. 2. All inmates have health insurance (aka mutuelle de santé or community-based health insurance)
  6. 3. Use of biogas from CF wastes for cooking: good for environment protection, provides non-smelling fertilizers, good for hygiene and sanitation, cost-effective.
  7. 4. Recreational and Cultural activities
