RCS Commissioner General officially closed a 10-week Basic Instructors Course
The course was organised in the view of enhancing professionalization of correctional teaching staff and was successfully completed by 46 Correctional Officers.
In his closing remarks, CG Murenzi commended the new instructors to maintain instructors’ ethical values in the view of effectively contributing to the capacity building of RCS staff
